Living a healthy Lifestyle

Many people are working to live a healthier lifestyle. They do this by trying to eat fresh foods, like fruits and vegetables.  Some people also eat organic foods. There are others who exercise regularly. Many people find that exercising can be relaxing and gives you more energy. It is hard work and expensive to live a healthy lifestyle. Organic foods are often more expensive than regular produce foods. Maybe that is why they say that you can't have your cake and eat it too!

  1. I think every thing that you want to do or you need to do all healthy. For example when you get cold, you want to sleep all day, that sleep is right.
    No produce is very enjoy to eat. Some time l like apple sometime like peach.
    When I hungry every food I like.
    I think every food are from nutrition.For example people could not get food from oil,the oil only for car or machine.
    Idiom mean is you only have one cake to eat.

  3. 1.I try to go to bed same time and wake up early, and I don't eat frozen food, I always cook fresh food by myself. I enjoy joying.
    2. I enjoy eating tomatoes, grapes, tangerines.
    3.I like to eat salmon, coffee, bread, chicken.

  4. 1, We must keep happy in life. If we have some trouble and difficulty, we must keep optimistic and happiness. Cherish every day! This is a health life.
    2,Every day we must eat some healthy food. In the morning ,we can eat some wheat, egg, fruits and milk. we can eat rich at lunch, but it must simple food in supper.

  9. first I workout like three time for week and I enjoy eating vegetable and fruit milk eggs and I like to eat beef broccoli fish all kind of fish and salads; nutrition es give all the nutrients our body need .

    I have kept enough sleep time, have eaten healthy food, and will do some sport. I think that prime is keep the happy mood .

    I am enjoy eating fruit , but I eat a little vegetables for diet. I know it is bad diet, need to be improve.

  12. what kind of healthy food? I liked a vegetable and fruits. When I was young in my country not much grow it that time.
    Sometimes I bought produce can food in market but I didn't know healthy food or not

  13. what do you do to stay healthy ?
    First, I like eat meal on time, I like eat nutrient-rich food and organic food, and I consider eat balance is important, so I eat every thing I like. I also like exercise. I like take a walk, play golf , play table tennis, etc. I exercise more then four times per week. Finally, I think go to bed early is very important, unfortunately I often go to bed late and awake early.

  15. 1,What do you do to stay healthy?
    Early to bed and early get up.when I hollow in the morning I drink a glass of water ,then I drink a half cup of wheat grass water to help the body detoxify .Eat more fruit, vegetables and grains.Walk for 30 minutes every day.Every night before bed I eat a piece of collagen and a piece of grape seed.

    Almost all the fruit I like to eat.

    I like to eat Japanese food.I like to eat Fried spicy crab.I like to eat Thailand food and so on.I love all the delicious food .

    I thing if you can proper to replenish some nutrition is good for your health.For example:I eat collage to keep body and skin younger.I eat grape seed to oxidation.I eat wheat grass to help expelling of toxin......So I will keep eat the nutrition.

  16. What do you do to stay healthy?
    Go to walk then eat a little food in the morning may be only fruit. Then lunch time may be we have to eat some proteins and some calories. Then change the eat every day.

    What produce do you enjoy eating?
    Vegetable, fruit and some meat.

    Banana, apple, bear, blueberry, orange, lettuce…etc

    This is the type of food a person eats to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
