My family lives in San Juan Puerto Rico ,They are verry tradictional ,I have 1 brother,1 sister they have they own family ,when we get together we like to have fun like go to beach ,play game have a nice family dinner I will like to have more time with they ,but I can't ,beacuse a live in usa and the live in P.R and ,becase my son hi have diabetic .
My family lives in Xi,an China.My father and mother were classmate.They graduated from some university,and they were worked at some city.Now they are retired.They live with my sister.My sister and her husband had a some company that sell healthy food.They have a daughter, a clover girl.
What do you do to stay healthy? Go to walk then eat a little food in the morning may be only fruit. Then lunch time may be we have to eat some proteins and some calories. Then change the eat every day.
What produce do you enjoy eating? Vegetable, fruit and some meat.
What things do you like to eat? Banana, apple, bear, blueberry, orange, lettuce…etc
What do you think is nutrition? This is the type of food a person eats to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. What do you think this means? I think I can sometimes have everything to eat but if I want to have good health have to see first what I'll eat Samuel
